7.20 Diferencia entre each other y one another

Aunque algunos gramáticos insisten en la conveniencia de usar each other para referirse a dos personas y one another para más de dos, en la práctica se usan ambos indistintamente con los significados de «el uno al otro» o «los unos a los otros»:

Albert and Doris Albert y Doris love each other/one another se quieren

 We must try and help Debemos intentar ayudarnos

each other/one another el uno al otro/los unos a los otros

Cuando hay una preposición, ésta se coloca delante de each other o one another:

They were very fond Se tenían mucho afecto of each other/one another el uno al otro
